How we charge:
We will give you a fee estimate for your work. We will aim to stick to this amount, and will only change it if you substantially change your instructions. Our fee estimate is based on a fixed cost per hour that includes the time we spend drafting the letter or document, and advising you by telephone or e-mail. We don’t charge extra for normal office expenses.

Payment:
