Logoworks is one of the larger logo design firms selling their services online. The company was founded in 2001 and operates out of offices in Utah in the US. They claim to have served over 45,000 clients and have worked with a number of Fortune 500 clients.

Logoworks have an in-house design team of over 40 in-house designers but also outsource work to freelancers. The company specializes in custom logo design but also offers a range of other services which include:

For those wanting a company logo, their basic or 'silver' package for $299 offers customers four initial concepts drawn up by two different designers and two chances to make slight alterations or revisions to those designs. The next step up in terms of their packages is the 'gold' package that includes six concepts by three different designers with unlimited revisions. Beyond this they offer premium packages that also include other products and services such as branded stationery that go up to $3000.

Guarantee Policy;
Logoworks have a fairly complicated refund policy and you would be advised to read it before ordering. It appears to state that customers are eligible for a refund if they are not happy with the initial Logoworks response. An administration fee of $99 is deducted on their refunds and customers have to complete the refund application process within three days of receiving the initial response or they risk being billed for the whole package price (they may have only paid for part of the package price up until that point).

Delivery Time;
Logo Works complete the initial concepts within three days of the client placing an order and the client can then log in to their system and view these designs. Revisions are completed within two working days. When the final designs are ready they are able to be downloaded and copies are sent out on CD.

File Formats;
Logo Works provide customers with logos in a variety of formats that are suitable for many different kinds of printers and for the web. These formats include jpg, gif, eps, tif and bmp files. They can supply you with file formats for any purpose.

Design Portfolio;
Portfolios offer clients a great way of getting a taste of a companies design style and a way to view examples of logos that they have done for companies in the client's industry.
