Listen for the “Heh” cry;
Distinctive breathy “H” sound, like panting, If hot, head may feel sweaty and clammy and tummy can become hot, If cold, may be accompanied by shivering and cold extremities (hands, feet) Baby may squirm or stop feeding if he has a dirty diaper/nappy.
